Lot's of people seem to have this problem & unfortunately I don't know how to fix it, cause it's never happened to me.
I put that tutorial up a while ago & when people asked I would try to find answers but come up with nothing valid enough.
I'm sure now though there's most likely something out there on Google seeing as KMPlayer is more in use now.
